A native of Newburyport, Massachusetts, Caroline Connolly joined WABI-TV5
News as a reporter and photographer in October 2010.
Caroline completed the News Apprentice program at WBZ-TV4 in Boston. While at WBZ, she worked as a writer and field producer and covered stories from the Scott Brown election to the 2010 Boston Marathon. She interned with the news teams at WHDH-TV5 in Boston and WPBF-TV25 in West Palm Beach, Florida. She also reported on local stories and events for Port Media Television in Newburyport.
Caroline graduated from Florida State University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Spanish. While an undergraduate at FSU, she reported for the Sun Sports Network and local PBS affiliate in Tallahassee, Florida.
Caroline is excited about her move to Bangor, and is looking forward to getting involved in the local community.
In addition to reporting, Caroline enjoys running, traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
