iPad 2 Official Contest Rules and Restrictions Any prize giveaway arranged and promoted by WABI TV5 is open only to Maine citizens 18 years of age or older, except for full or part time employees of WABI TV5, Diversified Communications and its affiliates, subsidiaries, participating advertisers, their agencies, and the immediate families of all of these parties (spouses, parents, children, relatives residing with such parties). WABI TV and The CW reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who does not comply with the rules stated herein. 1. Prize package includes (1) iPad2 (ARV $499). Multiple entries do not increase odds of winning. Participants who are found to have used equipment to increase odds of winning will be disqualified at the discretion of WABI TV5 and The CW's management. 2. All entries must be received between January 26th and February 29th, 2012. All entries received after the open acceptance date will not be allowed. 4. (1) Official winner will be chosen at random amongst all valid entries on March 1st, 2012. 5. No purchase is necessary to win. Void where prohibited by international, federal, state, or local law. Winners are responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes which may be payable due to receipt of prize. Where applicable, tax forms must be completed. All entrants acknowledge that WABI TV/ The CW has the right to announce their name on air and the winner(s) acknowledge that WABI TV/The CW shall have the right to publicize and broadcast their name to promote their participating and winning in the promoted contest. 11.
