Prescott Rossi joined the TV5 news team as a sports reporter/anchor in October of 2009. He comes to Bangor from the hamlet of Loudonville, NY which is located just north of Albany. Prescott graduated from the College of Communication at Boston University where he was involved in the student-run radio station WTBU and had internships at WHDH in Boston and WNYT in Albany. He is glad to be back in New England and is excited to be covering local sports in Eastern Maine. He loves to talk about sports, but he also enjoys discussing music, television, movies, and pop culture. In his free time, Prescott enjoys playing guitar, hiking, reading, and following Liverpool FC of the English Premier League.

Growing up, Prescott idolized sports broadcasters and journalists like Vin Scully, Keith Jackson, David Halberstam, Tony Kornheiser, Bob Ryan, and Keith Olbermann. His biggest influence is Howard Cosell and Prescott hopes to just "tell it like it is."
