Official Rules/Contest Mechanics "Cool Off with The CW" WABI TV5/The CW, Cumulus Broadcasting, and "Funtown Splashtown USA "Cool Off with The CW" is open to all U.S. Citizens 18 years of age or older, except for full or part time employees of Cumulus Broadcasting, Funtown Splashtown USA, and Diversified Communications and its affiliates, subsidiaries, participating advertisers, their agencies, and the immediate families of all of these parties (spouses, parents, children, relatives residing with such parties). Contestants may only win once (4 tickets per household.) Multiple entries does not increase odds of winning.WABI TV and The CW reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who does not comply with the rules stated herein. No purchase is necessary to win. Qualify to win 4 tickets for Funtown Splashtown USA by entering your name and other information requested on www.cwtvforme.com. Then listen weekdays to WBZN (Z107.3) for an announcement each day of a winners name. A total of 25 winners will each receive 4 tickets to Funtown Splashtown. ARV of each ticket is $34. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at WABI TV5's discretion. WABI TV5/ The CW reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. The prize will be forfeited if the winner is unable to accept the prize under these terms or for any other reason. If the prize is forfeited a subsequent random drawing from the remaining entries will be conducted within reasonable time of said forfeiture. All entrants acknowledge that WABI TV/ The CW has the right to announce their name on air and the winner acknowledges that WABI TV/The CW shall have the right to publicize and broadcast their name to promote their participating and winning in the contest "Cool Off with The CW". No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. WABI TV/The CW's management shall decide any rules disputes.
